Job Title: Italian Speaking Recruitment Administrator

Location: Harrow Weald

Contract Details: Full-time, permanent

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000

With a strong focus on customer service and training excellence, they provide a wide range of services to individuals looking to start their careers in the cruise ship industry. As our client continues to expand, they are seeking a dedicated Italian Speaking Recruitment Administrator to join their team in Harrow Weald.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with all students prior to their start date, confirming training dates and accommodation details.
  • Responsible for booking accommodation for new students.
  • Plan and deliver new student inductions in a professional and informative manner.
  • Ensure that students have all the necessary documentation to work on board a cruise ship.
  • Maintain and update student records in the in-house database accurately.
  • Provide timely communication via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Oversee the maintenance and stock levels of uniforms and assist in stock checks.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss developments and address concerns.
  • Provide effective team communication to ensure smooth operations.
  • Exceed colleagues' expectations by providing accurate management information.
  • Respond to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide support to the Administration Managers.
  • Carry out general administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, and manual handling.

Essential Requirements:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the cruise ship industry or experience in a similar field.
  • Fluency in Italian.
