ServiceNow Business Analyst
Summary: IT Service Management – Banking – Hybrid – Rolling Contract
A financial institution is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) within the banking sector. This role will support ongoing ServiceNow initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and optimisation of ITSM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow ITSM enhancements and implementations.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure system configuration aligns with business needs.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Support testing, training, and adoption of ServiceNow solutions within the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry best practices.

Key Requirements:
• Experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Contract Details:
Type: Rolling contract
Location: Hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in the office
Rate: £450 – 500pd inside IR35
