Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a dynamic technology team to design and build advanced strategic risk and P&L systems, playing a key role in shaping the platform's future.

  • Contribute to the development of a modern, scalable platform that supports global trading and risk operations, ensuring robust performance across all systems.

  • Integrate advanced analytics models for trading and risk calculations, enhancing the platform's decision-making capabilities.

  • Gain exposure to a broad range of technology services, including Cloud infrastructure, Security, Data management, and Order & Trade Management, expanding your technical expertise.

  • Work closely with a diverse group of professionals, including Risk Managers, Quants, Quantitative Developers, Traders, Operations teams, and fellow Software Engineers, fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a software developer, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Strong programming skills in Java or Kotlin, with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and well-structured code.

  • Proficient in Test-Driven Development (TDD), ensuring that your code is maintainable, reliable, and thoroughly tested.

  • Experience in financial services is a plus, though not a requirement - a passion for learning and problem-solving is what matters most.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
