Java Software Engineer

Salary: £50K - £70K DOE
Location: London/ Manchester/ Cheltenham - Hybrid

My clients who are leading software consultants within the central government sector, are looking for a talented software developer to join the team, you will be expected to travel Bi - weekly to the office nearest you between London/ Cheltenham or Manchester.

PLEASE NOTE for this role you must be eligible to obtain a high level of security clearance and hold a British passport.

Responsibilities:

• Using a wide range of technologies particularly open source libraries
• Implementing software solutions, involving design, development and testing
• Deploying software systems to a variety of environments including public and private cloud
• Build continuous integration pipelines
• Working on the full software life cycle from concept to finish
• Engage with the clients to ensure a smooth project completion to a high standard

Requirements:

• Eligibility to obtain Security clearance- to qualify you must be a British passport holder
