Hays are delighted to be working alongside a local property services company, who are seeking an experienced joiner to add to their maintenance team.


Your new role
You will work as a key member of the wider maintenance team, with responsibility for carrying out a range of maintenance and repair work on housing association properties. You will be needed to carry out work on both vacant and occupied homes, installing kitchens, fitting doors, repairing windows, and other 2nd fix duties. You must be capable of working independently while using a PDA system.


What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you must be a fully qualified joiner, having previously carried out maintenance work. You must have a full driving licence and be able to provide a recent employment reference.


What you'll get in return
You will be employed initially on a temporary basis, where you will be paid weekly with a competitive hourly rate on offer and opportunities for overtime.
