Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working with a FE College based in the South Yorkshire area. We are seeking a Joinery Lecturer to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to design and deliver engaging lessons. A passion for joinery, combined with a willingness to adapt to changing situations, is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
* Teach Joinery students, including current industry trends, legislation, and best practice.
* Develop and deliver high-quality learning materials and assessments.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Support students with challenging behaviour and engage with learners from diverse backgrounds.


Requirements
* Site Joinery or Bench Joinery qualification.
* Teaching experience.
* Teaching qualification.


Desirable Skills
* Strong understanding of the Carpentry industry.
* Passion for educating the next generation of Carpenters.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
