Description

  • Supporting the team by managing schedules, creating reports, and organising necessary paperwork
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including organising venues and catering when necessary
  • Handling correspondence with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintaining and updating company databases
  • Assisting with budget preparation and expense reports
  • Ensuring the office is well maintained and running smoothly
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Complying with all company policies and regulations

Profile

A successful Junior Administrator should have:

  • A solid understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in customer service
  • A proactive and efficient approach to tasks
