Junior Analyst

We are delighted to be working with an exciting business based in Thame, that are looking for a Junior Finance Analyst to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a keen interest in data, and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment - offering up to £30,000 (DOE)

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse financial data and trends to provide insights that support business decisions.
• Assist in the development of financial forecasts, identifying key drivers of business performance
• Collect, process, and analyse financial and operational data from various sources.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting systems.
• Communicate findings and insights to team members.
• Work closely with various departments to gather financial and operational data.
