Are you a Graduate with a degree in Architectural Design and Technology, looking for the opportunity to gain priceless hands-on experience in a reputable company that offers full on the job training, progression and hybrid working?

This company is an award winning architectural firm, renowned for its innovative and sustainable approach to design. They are looking to take on a junior architectural technician and progress them within the company, offering multiple qualifications specific to your interests.

In this dynamic and varied role, you will be working closely with senior members of the project team, meeting clients, identifying key project requirements and advising on the practicality of the clients demands. Going into the office 3 days a week, you will be primarily preparing and amending technical designs using Revit to include all architectural information having liaised with subcontractors, ensuring specifications are met and issues are amended accordingly.

The Role:

• Liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure that project specifications are met
• Creating and amending detailed architectural designs using Revit
• Work closely with Senior members of the team to see the project through to completion

The Person:

• Graduate with a degree in Architectural Design and Technology
• Wanting to gain hands on experience in the industry
• Commutable to Manchester 2 days a week
