This role offers extensive on-the-job training, mentorship by senior engineers, and specialised manufacturer courses. You'll start by shadowing experienced professionals, gradually taking on more responsibility as you progress toward becoming an independent AV Engineer. You'll engage directly with a variety of prestigious clients, installing and servicing cutting-edge AV equipment throughout London. This position is ideal for those eager to develop their skills and advance within the field.

**The Person:**
- A basic understanding of Audio Visual or IT systems
-Understands Control 4 or Lutro
- Motivated by career progression and skills development in the AV field.
- Enjoys working across London and interacting with clients on diverse projects.
