Job Summary: As a Junior Broker, you will play a crucial role in helping clients invest in property investments. Your expertise in the Dubai investment market, coupled with your negotiation skills and customer service, will ensure our clients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Conduct Zoom meetings, presentations, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
  2. Market Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on market trends, investment values, and industry developments.
    • Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive market analyses.
  3. Sales

    • Manage the sales process from open to closing, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are met.
    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the brands investments.
  4. Networking:

    • Build a strong network of contacts, including working on LinkedIn, investors, and other professionals.
    • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to expand your professional network.
  5. Customer Service:

    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
    • Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience:

    • Proven experience in sales or business development.
  2. Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • High level of organization and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in real estate software and MS Office.
