Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm)

Join our client's expanding team as a Junior Broker. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Account Executives with client servicing.
- Handle renewals, adjustments, invoicing, and queries.
- Conduct market research for client recommendations.
- Issue and check documentation.
- Maintain client portfolios and provide tailored advice.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Participate in training and development.

Duties:
- Issue policy documents and certificates.
- Process motor fleet adjustments using the Acturis Database.
- Update insurance databases and portals.
- Correspond with insurers on documentation.
- Review and process invoices.
- Manage diaries and create checklists.
- Handle client and insurer emails.
- Perform general administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous insurance experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Keen to work towards CII accreditation.
