Junior Business Analyst - London Insurance Market

I'm currently recruiting for a Junior Business Analyst with 2+ years London Markets experience to come in and ensure the successful delivery of several key eTrading initiatives.

This role would be great for somebody with around 2-4 years experience as a Business Analyst working within London Markets.

Supporting the Digital Channels product team, you will be responsible for delivering business process design and the successful implementation of our digital initiatives in the London Market and in Europe. You will be responsible for liaising with the business, as well as external partners, to ensure that all business requirements are captured, and all stakeholder needs are addressed by digital products and solutions.

Skills / Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of the insurance value chain gained through an Operations, Underwriting or Broker experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable engaging with and challenging business stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexible and pragmatic
  • Able to work to deadlines and meet the required delivery standards
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience of working with an Agile environment
