Join a rapidly growing property company with a global reach! Our client has a dynamic portfolio of 13 commercial properties across Europe and Asia Pacific. They seek a talented Junior Commercial Modeling Analyst to enhance their data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do:
Dive into Data: Take ownership of daily KPI processes - gather information, ensure it's accurate, and present clear reports.
Build Financial Models: Create cashflow models for different commercial scenarios.
Collaborate and Improve: Partner with teams across the company to find the data you need, analyse it, and streamline how our client works with information.
Excel (and Beyond!): Be a spreadsheet power-user and help transition teams towards more sophisticated tools.

Candidate requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a field like finance, economics, business, or a related area.
Excel Wizard: Advanced skills are a must. If you know VBA, even better!
Strong Communicator: You can explain your insights to colleagues around the world.
Detail-Oriented
Adaptable and Proactive: You thrive in a fast-paced setting and take initiative.

Additional skills (Bonus but not essential):
Coding Skills: Any experience with Python (or similar languages) is a big advantage.
