My client is a highly regarded commercial practice based in Liverpool city centre who are currently looking to fill a Real Estate Solicitor opportunity that can offer the following:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor with 0 - 4 Years PQE to join this growing Legal 500 listed commercial practice and deal with a fantastic level of Real Estate transactions across a range of sectors. 

As a Real Estate Solicitor you will be expected to work with your own client base, as well as supporting Partners with their large scale Real Estate transactions. The Partner you will be working for is a highly regarded & ranked lawyer who will be able to guide your career and provide his expertise & knowledge to you whenever needed.

You will have access to constant progression opportunities and will be part of an environment & team that genuinely offer career development and ensure any avenues to progress are firmly open for their own staff. Career development will look like Solicitor > Associate > Senior Associate > Partner. 

You will be dealing with an extremely strong client base and cover a broad range of matters to include; development, retail acquisitions and management, landlord and tenant issues, lease negotiation and preparation, environmental property issues, acquisitions and disposals, planning and corporate support.

This practice offer a fantastic benefits package and work/life balance as well as having a clear support and progression plan in place. Salary is circa £45,000 - £60,000 with the scope to increase salary year on year.
