Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our esteemed Construction team. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of non-contentious construction matters, advising clients on high-profile projects and working closely with a diverse client base that includes developers, contractors, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on various non-contentious construction matters, including drafting and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and related documents.
Providing strategic and practical advice on procurement strategies, project delivery methods, and risk management.
Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support client advice and project strategies.
Assisting clients with the negotiation and management of construction agreements throughout the project lifecycle.
Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Reviewing and advising on standard form contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC, FIDIC).
Contributing to business development activities and maintaining strong client relationships.
Keeping up to date with developments in construction law and industry practices.
Requirements:

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 1-2 years PQE in non-contentious construction law.
Strong academic background with a thorough understanding of construction law and standard form contracts.
Proven experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related documents.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong client management skills with a commercial and practical approach to problem-solving.
Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and client satisfaction.
