A Financial Services client of ours is looking for a junior data modeller to join a newly established team of theirs working directly with the programme manager as well as external and internal stakeholders.

Client Details

The client is a global ratings agency who are well established and currently undertaking a brand new project looking for an experienced data modeller based in the UK to join them on a fully remote contract.

Description

Your Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Create data modells
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders such as engineers
  • Document the requirements
  • Facilitate the meeting among SMEs and Eng. Teams
  • Produce the sales enablement material
  • Support to select a data model tool and migrate excel data model to the new tool
  • Setting up a framework for data model governance
  • Enrich and help to manage the reference table tool

Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as a data modeller
  • Utilised a range of data modelling tools (knowledge of Erwin, Hackolade, etc... would be nice but not mandatory)
  • Worked alongside engineers
  • Knowledge of data modelling standards (ideally within the financial services industry would be beneficial but not mandatory)
  • Amazing verbal and written communication skills

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate is the ability to earn up to £325 per day Inside IR35 while working fully remote for an initial 6 month contract with the possibility of an extension.
