Leading Lifestyle brand is looking to hire a permanent Junior Footwear Designer to work across their womenswear function. I'm looking to engage with energetic well-established junior designers who are looking for a new challenge, who can recognise key trends and an eye for detail.

The successful candidate will have excellent hand drawing, Illustrator and CAD skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Follow design direction and understand and execute clear identity into the designs.
  • Support team from initial concept and research stages through to final product.
  • Create and develop designs and technical drawings to a high standard.
  • Participating in seasonal range reviews of new collections and staying updated on spec and CAD changes.
  • Attend weekly team meetings.
  • Partner with teams to maintain alignment in range plans.
  • Participate in market research to identify new trends.
  • Support the Design team by managing all design admin responsibilities.
  • Some travel involved.

The ideal candidate will have previous WW footwear experience, preferable across the activewear category, coupled with feminine handwriting.
