Junior Helpdesk Administrator
We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based organisation in their pursuit of a Junior Helpdesk Administrator to join their growing development team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fully office-based role with occasional visits to other sites.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring support tickets and answering calls
- Coordinating with suppliers
- Administration of Active Directory
- Providing both deskside and remote support
- Logging issues in the ticket system
- Working on IT related projects
The successful candidate will have:
- An understanding of computer hardware and operating systems
- Experience with Office 365
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to be proactive
- Excellent time management
- A keen interest in technology
- A willingness to learn
