INCIDENT MANAGEMENT ANALYST - £48,000 - £55,000 (MAX)

LONDON (4 DAYS IN THE OFFICE; 1 FROM HOME).

Working for a VERY PRESTIGIOUS FINANCIAL SERVICES /INSURANCE company.

This is a Newly created position for a new Service Management / Service Delivery Team that are looking for their first hire. Junior / Mid-Level Incident, Problem or Change Management Analyst required. 3-5 years of recent experience needed.

Looking to invest in someone up and coming. ITIL would be great to have / or currently working towards will also be considered.

We are looking for dynamic, passionate candidates who are looking to grow their career in Service Management / ITIL Service Delivery. You must have solid communication skills; be a team player and have at least 3-4 years of current Incident, Change or Problem Service Management experience (Working at an Analyst level)
