Junior Java Developer

Salary: £65k ( DOE )

Location: Hertford ( 5 Days a week On-site )

My client is looking for a Junior Java Developer to join their rapidly growing Software company, situated in Hertford. If you possess a Degree in a technical subject and are looking to expand your skill-set, look no further!

Responsibilities:

  • Create well-documented and high-quality software alongside technical architects and Development Managers.
  • Configuration, testing and release processes
  • Learning and researching novel technologies
  • Add to design/ Spec process
  • Contribute to adequate test coverage

Skills:

  • Java
  • XML or JSON
  • JSP, Servlets, JavaScript
  • ANSI SQL and JDBC
  • J2EE container such as TomCat
  • MySQL/ MSSQL/ Oracle/ Maria DB

Desirable:

  • React/ Angular/ Vue
  • Inventory/ warehouse management Systems
  • iOS/ Android
  • AWS/ Azure
  • Docker/ Kubernetes
  • Mobile App Development (IOS/Android)
