Junior Lending Manager

This ambitious Independent Property Finance company in London are currently looking to engage the services of an experienced Lending Manager who has acquired a wealth of Lending experience within the short term Residential & Commercial property finance market. Applicants must have a portfolio of direct clients, duties will include:- Responsible for generating new business by maintaining and growing new relationships with brokers, professional intermediaries, alternative lenders and developers. Responsible for underwriting the transactions, presenting to credit and managing the due diligence process to completion. Proactively manage the life cycle of the loan, monitoring progress on developments, assessing caveats/conditions subsequent and managing risk.
