Freightserve recruitment are looking for Junior Healthcare Logistics Specialists for a major Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Colnbrook, Berkshire area.

Job Description (Full Training offered):-

• Managing daily email volumes in the Control Group inbox.
• Develop and implement customer focused operational policies and procedures
• Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information
• Co-ordinate customer service projects and initiatives

• To on a daily basis ensure Network / Vendor partner compliance to all agreed company policies, procedures and pricing structures.
• Provide weekend / OOH cover for general Customer Service processes & procedures.
• Keep email folder up to date.
• Ensure smooth flow of work.
• Awareness of costs.
• Awareness of best routes.
• Lead by example.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 0900 - 1800 or Tuesday - Saturday 0900 - 1800
