Are you ready to take the next step in your financial services career? mbf is collaborating with a highly regarded and well-established Financial Planning organisation to recruit a Junior Paraplanner. Our client is a leading financial planning practice known for providing holistic solutions to clients across the UK. The Role: As a Junior Paraplanner, you will work closely with senior paraplanners and other senior members of staff who are dedicated to providing you with comprehensive training and guidance. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and industry knowledge through a structured training plan tailored to your needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior paraplanners in preparing detailed financial reports and plans
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on various financial products and service
  • Support the team in maintaining up-to-date client records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with advisors and other team members to deliver exceptional service to clients

Ideal Candidate:

  • Currently working within the financial planning industry or has at least 2 years of experience in the financial services sector
  • Eager to develop a career in financial planning and take RO exams
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
