A high-end Electrical Engineering company near Tunbridge Wells is seeking their newest member of their dynamic and ever-growing team! This is your chance to step up your career within a company that will support you through your training with the hopes that you will be able to take on a Contracts Manager position in future years.

Your main responsibilities will start off by supporting the Pre-Contracts Manager and Contract Directors with tendering projects. This includes preparing tender packs as well as producing detailed cost plans based on the project requirements.

A strong attention to detail is needed to review tender documentation, drawings and specification and when visiting sites for surveys and reviews.

Your communication skills will need to be of a high standard to liaise with clients and understand the requirements of a project in full, in addition to internal communication with teams when handing over secured projects.

A successful candidate would have experience with electrical supervision, electrical project management or pre-construction. A background with lighting design would also be greatly beneficial.

The best candidates would have BS7671:2018 18th Edition and C&G NVQ3 or higher qualifications.

The salary for this position goes up to £50,000 +bonus + benefits. Higher salaries can be discussed.
