BramahHR are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our wonderful client near Fleet. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects, such as pricing, competitor research, presenting to sales, managing samples and forecasts, and sku rationalisation.

Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the product roadmap and product strategy as well as helping drive action throughout the organisation to get products to market
- Manage products throughout their entire life cycle, go-to-market strategy & NPD plan helping define the product positioning
- Responsible for budget development and influencing and guiding forecast volumes
- Analyse data and insights to determine consumer trends as well as conducting market and competitor research
- Work closely with sales team and other stakeholders to ensure the right documentation
- Develop and conduct product training as well as monitoring and improving product performance
- Manage product profitability and commercial success

Requirements:
- Excellent project management skills
- 2+ years in similar role
- Knowledge of the complete NPD process, end to end and lifecycle management
- Product management experience and knowledge of performance reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership skills to drive projects forward
