As a Junior Product Manager, you will work closely with the product team to investigate current and future needs in target market segments, analyse current product and business performance. Working with a multi-disciplinary team to take new concepts from idea through to development is a big part in this role.

This position will suit an individual with two or more years of technical experience in a related market segment (R&D or applications engineering, etc) with a desire to combine this with marketing and strategic thinking. Our opportunity gives you the chance to apply your skills and work on real product lines, alongside and supported by experienced likeminded product & technology professionals.

The role:

* Junior Product Manager
* Working with complex technology products
* Work with a multidisciplinary team to take new solution concepts to validation and development
* Identify & capitalise on new growth areas (Business Development approach)
* Hybrid remote - 3 in 2 out

The person:

* Light technical experience in R&D, applications engineering, or in a related market segment
* Business Development approach and able to Identify & capitalise on new growth areas
* Commercial and customer focus with a success mindset
* Strong communication skills and thirst for self development
