PV Generation, a leading solar PV installer in Ireland, is looking for two motivated Junior Project Managers to join our growing team in Cork and Monaghan.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our Senior Project Manager and ensuring our projects run smoothly. You'll be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from assisting with planning and scheduling to monitoring progress and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in coordinating and implementing various project tasks.
• Help set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor the progress of projects.
• Prepare reports for management on project status.
• Coordinate team members and other stakeholders to keep everyone on task.
• Assist with risk management and change management on projects.
• Help manage project budgets and ensure resources are used efficiently.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during the project.

The Person

• Proven work experience as a Junior Project Manager or similar role.
• Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
