What we are looking for:

We are looking for a team-orientated trainee property finance consultant to join the mortgage sales team. The candidate must have a financial services background and at least 1 year of experience in a finance sales role (Residential, B2L, Bridging, Commercial, Development Finance) and the motivation to succeed. This is a unique opportunity for an individual to work amongst highly experienced property finance specialists. You will be provided with a career-plan which will allow you to build your property finance expertise within the specialist lending market.

Key Skills Required:

• A minimum of 1 year’s sales experience (working towards targets in a property finance environment)
• CF1, full/part CeMAP qualified will be preferred.
• Good understanding of property finance (Residential, BTL, bridging loans, development loans, commercial mortgages)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Intelligent, able to problem solve.
• Enthusiastic and driven individuals
• Professional phone manner to achieve the best possible outcome
• Positive and resilient attitude
