Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Senior Property Manager in managing a residential portfolio across Brighton & Hove
• Handling property maintenance issues, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Arranging mid-tenancy inspections and ensuring compliance with property regulations
• Overseeing end-of-tenancy maintenance and deposit returns
• Managing tenancy renewals and check-outs
• Delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships with all stakeholders

What skills and experience do you need to apply:

• Experience in lettings or property administration
• A full UK driving licence
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for delivering top-notch customer service
• IT savvy with the ability to learn property software
