We are looking to hire a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our MSP/RPO business focused on souring top talent for our large retained MSP Aerospace client base. The roles in which you will be sourcing vary from skilled to highly skilled technical roles both contract and perm, due to the nature of our client base, some of these roles will have to have security clearance. You will be required to actively build talent pools, create hot lists, work on live requirements where you will be working to service level agreement timeframes.

The role is based full time from our HQ in Salford where you will have free parking and access to our onsite gym!. You will be joining a team of high performing specialists who all work collaboratively together to meet the needs of our client base. Your leadership team have over 50 years of experience of servicing the needs of our Aerospace clients and are happy to share their knowledge and skills with you. For this role you will need to have experience of working in an office, ideally have experience of working within a sales based role, call centre, B2B or B2C experience. However, if you have office experience and a burning to desire to start a career in recruitment, we want to hear from you.
