Title: Junior Conveyancing Executive
Location: West Yorkshire - Hybrid Working Available
Salary Range: Up to £30,000

Role Overview
As a Conveyancing Executive in our Property Services division, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of Residential Property matters, with the support from senior members of the team. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling a caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
- Engaging with clients and addressing any property-related questions
- Collaborating with the department
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships with work providers
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Residential Conveyancing experience (handling your own caseload)
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Qualifications are beneficial but are not essential
