Role Overview

As a Conveyancing Executive in our Property Services division, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of Residential Property matters, with the support from senior members of the team. Key responsibilities include:

• Handling a caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
• Engaging with clients and addressing any property-related questions
• Collaborating with the department
• Building and maintaining strong business relationships with work providers

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Residential Conveyancing experience (handling your own caseload)
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Qualifications are beneficial but are not essential
