Atkinson Moss are delighted to be supporting their client in search for 3 junior sales and account manager candidates.

The role will involve aspects of customer service/account management with an additional focus on lead generation and offers OTE earnings of 29k and uncapped commission.

You don’t need to have an IT background, however the drive and motivation to succeed and adapt accordingly are essential along with the ability to work towards targets.

Working within the Norwich based office and reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will focus on managing a portfolio of clients and deliver workable, bespoke solutions from a wide range of product offerings. Being the main point of contact and ensuring clients’ needs are and met and addressing any problems or queries with professionalism and excellent level of service.

They are looking for someone with excellent people and communication skills both written and verbal, excellent organisational skills, a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The positions are offered on a full-time, permanent basis working Monday - Friday with a basic salary of £24,000 and OTE £29,000 (UNCAPPED Commission).
