Junior Sales Negotiator - Epping

Salary £18,000 - £22,000 - OTE £40,000

5 days including Saturday.

Our client is looking for a Junior Sales Negotiator to join their busy leading estate agency in Epping. Priding themselves on client rapport and professionalism. This would be a great company to kick start your career with. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience within the property industry, but this is not essential. Are you a good communicator with strong administrative skills, do you thrive within a fast-paced environment and have a meticulous approach to work, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Your role will involve:

• Identifying & following up on new leads.
• Carrying out viewings at various properties
• Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
• Helping build up the brand by continually creating new business.

• Professional approach to customer services

• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills
