Junior Sous Chef

We are looking for a PASSIONATE & CREATIVE Junior Sous Chef who wants to join a FANTASTIC KITCHEN TEAM at the central London Bar & Restaurant

• Have previous experience in a similar position working in a fast paced environment
• Have the passion to produce food to the highest quality

• Have the creativity to come up with new ideas for menus and to trial them

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Head Chef in supervising the functioning of all kitchen employees, facilities, costs to ensure maximum Food and Beverage departmental profit is achieved
• Assist the Executive Head Chef in the production, preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure highest quality at all times
• Establishes and maintains effective employee relations
• Assist the Executive Head Chef in conducting formal and on-the-job training sessions for kitchen employees
• Assist the Executive Head Chef in the preparation of menus

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
