At Adaptable Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity for a Key Account Administrator to join an ever growing company in the Liverpool area

Salary: £23788 increasing after 1 year
6 months FTC - with potential to go permanent
Fully office based: discussion over hybrid working after training
Working hours: 35 hours

Reporting into: Team Leader

Main Responsibilities to include:

  • Act as a point of contact for designated company contacts and brokers for Key Accounts and effectively handle queries via email, telephone and correspondence
  • Process PMI Claims
  • Accurately process Medicash claims in a timely and effective manner and maintain accurate records on the system
  • Provide cover for other claims and customer service teams.
  • Process claims for dental accident in accordance with Medicash procedures
  • Update any changes to policyholder details and send out updated schedules
  • Respond to emails, app messages and incoming telephone calls in a professional, courteous and timely manner
  • Ensure the adherence to regulatory and compliance issues
  • As required, provide cover on the Telephony team and e communication team ensuring that inbound telephone enquiries and e-mails are handled in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Subject to training, undertake other duties delegated from time to time by your Team Leader
  • Keep your Team Leader informed of any unresolved issue

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent experience in Customer service
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Accuracy with account emails
  • Being adaptable when needed to cover for other teams
