Do you have previous motor industry or fleet experience? If so this could be the perfect opportunity for you to join our clients team as a Key Account Executive.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with existing clients and new customers
• Communicating accurately & effectively, lead times, availability & in-stocks using the various online portals & platforms or by creating a bespoke report.
• Being integral in championing and maintaining a culture of customer service excellence
• Using your knowledge & experience to prioritise, problem solve & overcome challenges as and when they occur.
• Support the tender process and deadlines to secure additional business
• To work cohesively with the Group Fleet Administration team to ensure of our customers SLA’s are maintained.
• To provide timely management data to the head of account management and where necessary to our customers as and when required.
• Meet with your customers on a regular basis

Prerequisites:

• Fleet Experience preferable
• Good attention to detail
• Negotiation and resolution skills essential
