What you will do

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Prisons and Government Team. This is a unique opportunity to join our sector which is an established team within ADT developing and managing our business with the Prisons & Government Sector customers. The position will manage our existing relationships and frameworks, as well as creating new growth in the London and South East Area.

How you will do it

The Account Manager will sell our product portfolio and use technology innovation to enhance relationships and grow revenue on a national basis, achieving the targets set by the company. You will deliver outstanding customer service to your nominated accounts through structured account review processes and a real customer centric approach, understanding customers’ KPIs and how the company can facilitate these. You will work closely with the design and operations team to deliver detailed bids that meet the requirements of the customer.

What we look for

To be successful as Account Manager, you will be able to confidently demonstrate your ability to maintain and develop relationships through a structured approach. You will understand & have experience of working with Prisons and Government customers and will have knowledge of framework agreements and standard contract terms.

You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work effectively and autonomously with drive and determination to succeed. Computer literacy is important, especially with the Microsoft Office suite and any CRM tool experience, in particularly Salesforce.com will be advantageous. Due to the nature of the role the candidate will be required to hold or undertake vetting to NPPV3 & SC level.
