KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER / NEW BUSINESS - PROMOTIONAL MERCHANDISE

WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW

ROLE DETAILS

  • Maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Managing current client accounts - including problem solving and their general day to day merchandise requirements.
  • Reigniting some previous, lapsed client relationships
  • Actively sourcing new client opportunities including calling prospective clients from a qualified leads list.
  • Analyse job revenue, cost and profitability of the overall account
  • Maintain updated pipeline for weekly sales meetings as well as working to and achieving set monthly targets

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working within a busy, fast paced sales environment
  • Exceptional client and account management skills gained in a similar sales/account management role
  • Proven track record in consistently exceeding sales targets and driving growt
  • Outstanding communicator
  • Excellent organisational skills manage multiple demands, great attention to detail, ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outloook, Word and Excel) with PowerPoint experience also beneficial.
  • A 'can do’ attitude within a high performing team environment
  • Confidence to speak to senior level decision makers
  • Experience in the Promotional Merchandise industry is desirable
