Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager for our client based in Witham on a permanent basis.

The role involves performing estimating tasks as well as existing account management and business development, with an element of new business.

The successful candidate will ideally have account management/estimating experience and must have strong interpersonal and influential skills and a charismatic persona.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Some estimating tasks
  • Providing quotations
  • Managing client and customer relationships
  • Managing client and customer orders and enquiries
  • Taking client brief and overseeing orders to completion
  • Existing account management
  • Business development
  • Growing existing accounts and relationships
  • Seeking new business opportunities
  • Developing and forging strong business partnerships

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Account management or estimating or business development
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Charismatic persona, ability to think on feet and adapt as needed
  • Ideally some knowledge within manufacturing/construction/fit out
  • Hardworking, passionate and ability to manage own workload
  • Ability to build relationships with existing and new businesses/customers

Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

In return our client offers a salary of up to £37,500 per annum depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop the role as well as develop within the role.
