Key Account Manager

Robert Half has partnered with a global brand seeking a Key Account Manager with a background partnering with FMCG or retail clients. This role can be based in Bristol or London. For the right candidate, this role offers:

£80,000 - £90,000 + 30% bonus + hybrid working (2-3 days a week)

Job Duties:

• Provide gap analysis to stakeholders.
• Deliver capability and training roadmaps to regions and markets.
• Support the director with investment projects.
• Evaluate and optimise trade terms to save or allocate funds effectively.
• Lead workshops with key stakeholders.
• Conduct market audits to gain a comprehensive understanding of market conditions.
• Develop tools and strategies to increase revenue.
• Work closely with directors to negotiate terms and conditions and build out contacts.

Requirements:

• Degree level in a relevant field.
• Senior commercial experience, including marketing, sales, insights, and category management.
• Previous experience in FMCG, retail, or selling to those industries is a must
• Experience presenting to key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of P&L and the ability to present data effectively.
