About the Role:

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities within the Middle East and Egypt region. Your expertise in sales and procurement of medicines and medical devices will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and achieving our revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesalers, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Lead negotiations with clients and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  • Oversee the sourcing and purchasing of medicines and medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales and procurement within the Middle East.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical supply chains, procurement, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Skills:
  • Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities to inspire and guide a team towards success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
