We are seeking an energetic and reliable Key Stage 1 Teacher to guide Primary School pupils, based in Mayfield, East Sussex. This is a permanent role for the successful Primary Teacher who will tutor the Key Stage 1 students with compassion and enthusiasm. The Primary School values Learning, Leading by example, Opportunities and Aspirations as well as the Safe Guarding of their students, which are all key requirements necessary to the role. The successful Primary Teacher must be clear in all communications with the Key Stage 1 students and staff, has a motivating and supportive attitude, can develop strong professional learning journeys for the Primary School student during their studies and can confidently face challenges that may arise with the Key Stage 1 pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Key Stage 1 students within an inclusive, motivated and positive environment
  • Produce plans for future classes and deliver exceptional teaching standards to the pupils
  • Be a reflective practitioner who pursues in self-improvement, colleague and practice.
  • Provide quality educational material to enhance pupil learning

Candidate Requirements:

  • Relevant QTS qualification or experience
  • Enthusiasm for assisting pupils with learning
  • Strong communication and team building skills

This is a permanent position provided by the primary institution.
