Are you a great teacher who brings energy, enthusiasm, a sense of humour, and a passion for teaching?

We are a very special and exciting place to be, a two-form entry school with a large Early Years Foundation Stage and a 35-place specialist resource base. In addition, we have health colleagues and a Children's Centre onsite. Our school is a successful, caring, and ambitious academy where children and staff flourish. We have a highly skilled and passionate staff team dedicated to providing the highest quality of education and care for every child. We are fully committed to providing exceptional inclusive education at the heart of our community.

We are looking to recruit driven and enthusiastic experienced teachers to join us in September 2024. We are currently looking for maternity cover for KS2, two days per week.

We are looking for:

  • An excellent classroom teacher with great interpersonal skills, uncompromisingly high expectations, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will play a key role in our drive for continual improvement.
  • Someone who shows a passion for closing the gap for our disadvantaged children.
  • An individual who is committed to their own continuing professional development with an up-to-date knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum, and behaviour management strategies.
  • The ability to deliver a cutting-edge, tech-driven curriculum which will be provided to you, and you will know how to adapt this to meet the needs of the children you teach using the computational analysis of data that our curriculum apps provide.
  • Someone who is fully dedicated to going above and beyond to fulfill our role in supporting community transformation.

We are a forward-looking school, with inspirational children who are well-behaved and eager to learn. They demonstrate a real pride in our academy.

We encourage prospective applicants to book a visit with one of our leadership team to find out more about our curriculum approaches and what life is like for the children and staff at our school. Please contact the academy office to arrange a visit by emailing or telephoning the school office.

We are committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS check is required for successful applicants.

Safeguarding Statement
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We will ensure that all our recruitment and selection practices reflect this commitment. All successful candidates will be subject to a full DBS check, along with other relevant employment checks.
