Job Title: Kitchen Assistant (Temporary, Part-Time)

- Start date: 1st July 2024

- Contract length: 6 weeks

- Hours: 2 days per week, Monday AND Friday. 7:30am-2:00pm.

- Pay Rate: £12.00ph

We have an exciting opening for a Kitchen Assistant to join a friendly team in St Helens. This position is perfect for someone who is looking for part-time, flexible work.

What You'll Do:

  • Help maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes and equipment.
  • Support the team in ensuring that all food items are properly stored and organised.
  • Assist the head chef in some basic food preparation and serving.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. We welcome enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn and grow.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to contribute effectively as part of a team.
