Location: Commutable to Manchester

Remuneration: £25,000 - £28,000neg + uncapped commission, OTE circa £40,000+

The role of the Kitchen Designer will involve:

• Kitchen Designer position, designing a high end range of kitchens to retail and trade end users as well as merchants
• Designing kitchens for sub-contractors and trade
• Liaising with the customers to gain a full understanding of their needs and wants to create a kitchen tailored to their requirements using digital tools such as ArtiCAD
• Dealing with inbound enquiries via telephone, supporting and guiding the customer through the design and sales process
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times
• Chasing and following up on designs to convert the sale
• Responding to customer queries efficiently and in a professional manner

The ideal applicant will be a Kitchen Designer with:

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience within a kitchen designer role previously, ideally working for a trade / retail outlet such as: Howdens, Magnet OR Wren
• Must have experience using a design software such as: ArtiCAD, Fusion OR Compusoft
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building qualities
• Excellent communication, customer service and presentation skills
• Wants to grow and progress within the business
• Sales driven and target orientated
• Self-motivated, flexible, ambitious, proactive and positive
