The Role:

• To assist in the smooth running of the Kitchen service
• Ensure that safety of all kitchen staff within the kitchen
• Ensure that all areas and equipment are cleaned to the highest standard
• Liaise with the chefs as to their daily requirements to assist them in operating effectively
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
