Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, or a related field.
  • Completing, or completed, PGCE with QTS.
  • Dedication to the wellbeing and academic progress or young learners.
  • Warm and friendly personality, with the ability to form strong bonds with both children and staff.
  • Clear and effective communication style.
  • Understanding of safeguarding processes and their importance.

The Role
As a KS1 ECT, you will be completing your induction with the support of an experienced headteacher and senior leadership team. You will be planning and delivering engaging lessons, and creating learning materials that suit the unique needs of each pupil in your classroom. It is imperative that you have a drive to create a warm learning environment and are prepared to engage in activities surrounding the wider learning environment.

The two-form entry ‘Good’ school is searching for a KS1 ECT to support and guide children aged 4-7, to improve their progress and protect their wellbeing.
