KS1 Teacher– Clapham Junction– Starting September

This is an exciting opportunity for a KS1 teacher to become a valued member of a friendly and supportive team in an OFSTED outstanding primary school.

The role

As an enthusiastic and capable KS1 teacher or ECT, this role has a great deal to offer.  As a key function of the role, you will be required to foster a learning environment and educational experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to fulfil their individual potential. 

As a KS1 teacher, you will also be responsible for using a variety of teaching delivery methods appropriate to the individual learning styles, and the varying demands of the curriculum while keeping pupils engaged academically.

The ideal candidate

The school believes the quality of staff is crucial to pupils’ success and therefore you must have the following:

• QTS required
• Have proven success in your teaching career to date
• Have experience teaching KS1
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ensure pupil safety inside and outside of the classroom
