KS1 Class Teacher - Immediate Start - Hayes, Hillingdon

A welcoming and well-resourced 3-form entry academy primary school in Hayes is seeking a KS1 Class Teacher to start immediately for the remainder of the academic year. This is a full-time position, offering the chance to be part of a dynamic and collaborative teaching team.

The school has a strong reputation for supporting both staff and pupils, with excellent CPD opportunities, dedicated PPA time, and a supportive SLT that values staff wellbeing. As a 3-form entry school, there is shared planning across the year group and a real team ethos.

The role:

  • Teaching a KS1 class (Year 1 or Year 2)

  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons

  • Supporting children of all abilities, including EAL and SEND

  • Working collaboratively with the other two class teachers in the year group

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds QTS and has recent experience teaching in KS1

  • Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a child-centred approach

  • ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply - support is in place!
